Welcome to Womanhood! We are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below is all the information you need regarding our shipping process, fees, and timelines.
Shipping Destinations
At Womanhood, we deliver across most cities and regions in Egypt.
If your location is not listed or requires special arrangements, feel free to contact our customer service team through dms/ WhatsApp or email.
Delivery Time
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Regional Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Remote Locations: 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order Processing
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & return Policies
• Accurate Information: Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays or returns.
• Packages are not allowed to be opened with the couier for smooth delivery, quality control and fraud; please check your order and send us dm/ WhatsApp/ email if you need a return or exchange and we will schedule it right away for you to take within 5-7 working days.
• Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to incorrect details or missed delivery (3 times trials by Couier) your order will be cancelled and you have to make a new paid order through the website.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently deliver only within Egypt.
• Some remote areas may not qualify for expedited shipping options.
